As an athlete, coach, or sports leader, you have influence and a platform to make a difference. We help you expand that influence, grow as a leader and speaker, and impact people with your story and experiences. While all of our speakers have sports in common, their stories are about much more than sports. Sports is a universal language with lessons that apply to all of life, and to people of all backgrounds.
Take your message where it's needed the most
We're different from most speakers bureaus. We do book corporate events, but our focus is on impacting the lives of young people, particularly those from challenging backgrounds and underserved communities. We take your message where it's needed the most and can do the most impact. This includes places like schools, colleges, youth sports organizations, juvenile detention centers, churches, and other youth focused community organizations. Most of our clients are non-profits, and we work with businesses and community partners to help them cover the costs when needed.

Our speakers have hearts to impact the world and understand that a true leader create more leaders. Locker Room Speakers impact extends beyond the speech. Our commitment is to support and inspire youth while bringing life-changing messages to all who need them. A portion of our agency fee is donated back to the charity of the speaker's choice and another portion goes to youth causes including mental health, pediatric cancer, and subsidies for groups that need help affording a speaker

We're booking athletes to speak to kids at schools and youth organizations all over the US and Canada for the 2025-2026 school year. Our goal is to impact over 1 million kids then double that to 2 million in 2026-2027. We need a team of great speakers to make that happen. Your story can change the life of a young person forever.

Expand your impact, influence, and income
Step 1. Apply to be a speaker
The application lets us know a little bit about your background in sports, your level or experience as a speaker, and what topics, experiences, and expertise you want to bring to audiences.
Step 2. Pay the $99 refundable deposit to get setup
Once your application is received, we will review it to ensure that you seem to be a good for our program. Upon approval, you will receive a link with two convenient payment options for the $99 refundable deposit. The deposit covers creating your own custom profile and marketing page on our website, a 30-minute consult and strategy session for landing you speaking opportunities, and access to our speaker networking and training community. The $99 is credited back one your first paid booking(s) .
Step 3: Set up your consult and strategy session
We will set up a one-to-one Zoom consult with Tim or one of our speaker trainers to learn more about you and create a strategy and action plan to help you succeed as a speaker in our program. You will also designate a favorite charity to receive a donation for every paid speech we book you.
Step 4: Receive offers for speaking opportunities and media appearances
We match speakers with opportunities based on it being a great fit for both the speaker and the audience. We charge a 15% agency fee for paid speaking opportunities. Unpaid opportunities and media appearances are an optional free service. A portion of our fee is donated to the charity of the speaker's choice. There are no offer fees or costs to be a part of the Locker Room Speakers program.
