Todd is a winner in all aspects of life and comes from a family of incredible coaches (his father Mel and older brother Mel Jr) Athletes have the potential to be the best leaders (and speakers) on the planet, but they need to right coaches and trainers to help them reach that potential.  We have a growing number of opportunities for speaker coaches and trainers within our community. Athletes understand what it means to be coachable and how to put in the reps to build new skills.

Our speakers have hearts to impact the world and understand that a true leader create more leaders. Locker Room Speakers impact extends beyond the speech. Our commitment is to support and inspire youth while bringing life-changing messages to all who need them. A portion of our agency fee is donated back to the charity of the speaker's choice and another portion goes to youth causes including mental health, pediatric cancer, and subsidies for groups that need help affording a speaker.
